Our session fees include all that is required to run a sucessful studio. We invest our time, talent, energy, technical expertise, and love of the craft. We know a portrait session is a true investment. We strive to provide you with a customized and wonderful experience! Through phone and email consultations, we help prepare you for your sesion and help you throughout the whole process. We want to make sure you choose colors and products that will look great in your home! After your session we hold an in person reveal.
A $200 retainer fee will be due when session is scheduled (which is applied towards your session). Once you pay the retainer fee, your session will be reserved and prices will be locked. However, if you fail to show up for your appointment, the $200 fee will not be refunded unless you give more than a 24 hour notice and reschedule your appointment within a month of the cancellation date. You may reschedule for a later session (such as a milestone, 1 year, etc).
Ordering sessions occur in the studio and appointments are made at the conclusion of your session. Viewing and purchase of prints / products will occur at the ordering session. Please bring all those involved in making purchasing decisions. Please be aware that there is a 3-4 week turn around time for prints and products. Please plan accordingly.
